This information constitutes the basic conditions of the agreement between you, the customer, and Irie World Vacations LLC. By signing up for an Irieworld Experience (filling in and signing the Reservation Form and paying the deposit) you accept the following conditions as part of the business agreement between yourself and Irie World Vacations LLC. and you declare that you are aware of these conditions before you sign up for the tour.
What’s included?
• 7 night’s accommodations
• 7 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 7 dinners
• Daytrips, admissions, special activities, and many extras
• Transfers to/from Lisieux TGV station and your gites at specific times
• Local transportation during the week
What’s not included?
Airfare, passport expenses, baggage insurance, health insurance, trip cancellation insurance, beverages (wines, liquors, mineral waters, soft drinks, meals other than those on pre-arranged menus), room service, laundry, snacks between meals, telephone calls, services of a purely personal nature.
Travelers are responsible for ground transportation to and from designated pick-up points (Lisieux TGV station).
There is an additional charge for optional daytrips on the leisure day.
Reservations and Payments
To reserve a space, you may contact us by phone, email, or fax your Reservation Form. A deposit of $400 per person must be paid within 7 days of your reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to the first day of the trip. If you sign up within 90 days of the tour departure, payment will be required in full. Payments can be made by personal, cashier’s check, or money order, paid in US dollars.
We will confirm your booking within 10 business days, after your funds have been cleared by the bank. This will include:
A package with your itinerary, invoice/receipt, and additional information and forms to be completed and returned.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if your deposit has not been received in a timely manner. There will be a $35 charge on each check returned for non-sufficient funds. This will be added to the balance due on your tour and will have to be paid in full prior to your departure.
In the event your desired tour is full, we will put your name on a waitlist. No deposit will be required until we can guarantee you a space.
Note: Our 2010 prices may be adjusted in the future due to currency fluctuations; however, the price of your trip is guaranteed at the time of your reservation.
Cancellations and Refunds:
For reasons beyond our control, including insufficient number of participants, your tour might be cancelled prior to commencement. If that happens, we will refund all the money you paid us within 14 days of notifying you of the cancellation. This will absolve us of any obligations related to issued or cancelled airline tickets, or other travel business not made by us.
Should you choose to cancel your trip, the following fees will apply:
91 + days from trip date subjected to $150.00 charge
61-90 days: 50% of total trip price
0-60 days: 100% of total trip price

Irie World Vacations LLC can accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes There will be no refunds for unused services, or early withdrawal from the tour.
Travel Insurance
Irie World Vacations LLC strongly advises you to take out separate travel insurance against illness, theft, cancellation and accidents from companies who provide this service. Should you choose to travel without insurance, you will be required to sign a waiver.
Restrictions
Irie World Vacations LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, damages, losses, expenses, delays, or any other problems caused by suppliers or conditions beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to: accidents, war, terrorism, inclement weather, sickness, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, or from any causes beyond Irie World Vacation’s control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other documents.
We also reserve the right to refuse or accept any person to participate in our program if circumstances warrant. We really want you to have a great experience with us. However, if a member’s behavior embarrasses others or affects their safety, we reserve the right to remove that person from the tour without you filing any claims or complaints against us.
Our vacations involve a lot of physical activity, including but not limited to: walking, climbing stairs, carrying your luggage, and standing for long time periods. You must be physically fit to fully participate. The customer is responsible for the possible consequences of illness and/or accidents and must pay possible expenses to doctors, hospitals, ambulances and special transports. It is his/her responsibility to have adequate medical insurance for such eventualities.
Tour Itineraries
Due to unexpected events, tour itineraries may change. Your flexibility will allow us to make certain changes in order to make your experience the most memorable ever. Changes in tour itinerary will not ensure a refund.
Travel Documents
All travel documents related to your trip are your responsibility, and Irie World Vacations LLC is not responsible for problems arising from failure to have the required documents. Passengers who do not turn up at the agreed meeting point or time or who, because of missing or invalid travel documents or passport cannot join the tour will receive no refund of monies paid to Irie World Vacations LLC. We recommend that you use the services of an experienced Travel Consultant for expert advice and help in obtaining air and train tickets, or other vacation plans in Europe.
