Is a very pretty, south-facing complex comprising a lovely old farmhouse, two cottages, and large pool, on the edge of a tiny village.
The two acres of quiet, tranquil grounds is nestled in the beautiful Pays d’Auge countryside, only two hours from Paris.

The house and cottages overlook the swimming pool and spacious grassed areas. 


                                                                                     


The small complex is surrounded by apple orchards and open countryside often stocked with grazing cattle.

The property has an abundance of wild life, very close to the quiet river, ‘La Viette”, with farmland and fields on every side.

Each of the four independent properties is insulated and heated with beautiful private gardens.
There are table tennis, badminton, and other games on site.

Each property is supplied with both French and English reading material, and board games.
